LabelXChange needed a consumer-to-consumer platform that connects both top designers and customers. The transaction of fashion apparel and money takes place on the platform. LabelXChange wanted to set up an escrow account, which releases the among paid by users to the seller only after receiving proof of delivery.
Another critical aspect of the LabelXChange was its target audience which was the UK population. So, they needed to launch the app only in specific regions.

The Challenge
LabelXChange was transforming the entire eCommerce market for design clothes by creating a marketplace. So, they needed a robust web and mobile app for users to connect with brands. A significant challenge was to build apps that can handle peak loads.
Apart from the scalability, marketplace platform needed to be user-friendly and functional. A key challenge was to integrate cloud-based data storage and payment gateways. Especially creating a functional refund process that was easy for users needed innovative solutions.
Solution
Expertise in mobile app development and eCommerce projects allowed our developers to come up with an alternative for refund functions. We used Mangopay integration rather than using Stripe due to limitations on refund process.
Further we integrated cloud-based storage and built backend for admin web portal. Our designers developed user-friendly frontend website for LabelXChange and an iOS app.
After successful MVP launch and testing we launched the final version which can scale easily without any downtime.

Research
In the initial phase, our team engaged in extensive research to understand the unique requirements of LabelXChange. This involved delving into the dynamics of the fashion industry, identifying consumer behaviors, and comprehending the intricacies of B2B marketplace transactions. UX Design
Leveraging the research findings, our UX designers meticulously crafted an intuitive and user-centric design for the B2B marketplace app. The focus was on creating a seamless experience for both designers and customers, ensuring easy navigation, clear information architecture, and an overall enjoyable interaction with the platform.
UI Design
Building upon the UX design, our UI designers brought the visual aspects to life, incorporating brand aesthetics and enhancing the overall look and feel of the platform. The UI design aimed to strike a balance between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that the app not only looked appealing but also provided a highly efficient and visually engaging user interface.
Development

Integration of Mangopay for transactions and moving away from Stripe due to refund limitations showcased our innovative problem-solving approach.
